Why we need to nourish our energy body

We learn how to nourish our physical body, but not really taught that our energy body also needs nourishing. One of the ways we can nourish our energy body is using our intention, our breath and movement, which I outline in the following activation exercises.

Everywhere we go we are always loosing tiny parts of our energy, sprinkling like fairy dust, with every move and every interaction. Sometimes we’re really investing our energy in a conversation with someone. And of course we are also taking on energy from others - every time we are out and connecting with others.

Here are a few common examples:

EVENTS: When at big events with lots of people we exchange energy which can leave us feeling depleted or a bit 'muddled' - these practices help you tune into YOUR frequency and come back to yourself quickly. Perfect for after a networking event or a festival or dinner party.

TRAVEL: When we travel at speed we loose some of our energetic aura - that's why we can feel tired after a flight. I always use these energy recovery practices after a flight to call in and rebuild my energy body using my presence, attention and breath.

ZOOM/SCREEN FATIGUE: When we are looking at screens and around electrical EMF radiation energy this can also drain us. By drawing our attention WITHIN rather than energy going out, we begin to nourish our energy body again.
